FAQ #157: Can I use things created by other people in my submissions?
Could you please remove any work that isn't yours? If not, they'll be reported, and you could be suspended or banned.

Oh, also with the Anime pictures, he just needs to say what Stuido owns them where he got them from, who's the orignal creator and that they're from the FREE gallery
The deviantART copyright policy are that you cannot use copyrighted pictures. That mean manga, comic, anime, movie and so one. They are not free unless he has the permission from the original artist to use them So if you find a anime picture on Google ,fan-site it still need to have permission from the original artist. So if you color, recolor a picture thats stealing from the real artist.
